Returns & Refund Policy

1. Return period

30 days after receipt (a commercial commitment by the Seller; Singapore law provides no statutory cooling-off for this type of purchase).

2. Sealed products

For hygiene reasons, a product with a broken seal cannot be returned or exchanged, except if defective.

3. Conditions

Intact original packaging, unbroken factory seal, unused / unopened product, unopened samples included, prior authorization by email to [email protected].

4. Refund

Days 1-14 → original payment method; Days 15-30 → store credit only; beyond 30 days → not accepted.

5. Deductions

Return shipping €10; −€9 per missing sample.

6. Non-refundable

Opened products, tested items, promo / sale items, sample formats (2 ml), personalized gift sets.

7. Upon receipt

Inspect before signing, refuse any damaged parcel (see Terms Article 8).

8. Damage claim

Within 24h (photos, continuous opening video, product + dated element, batch no., intact metadata). Carrier investigation up to 21 days.

9. Return address

Returns are sent to our returns centre in France, the address of which is provided when your return is authorized by our customer service ([email protected]).
