Shipping

Any order placed before 2 pm (Paris time), Monday to Friday excluding public holidays, is shipped the same day. After 2 pm, on weekends or public holidays, your order leaves the next business day.

As soon as your parcel ships, you receive an email with your tracking number.

• Home delivery, signed for — 2 to 3 business days · €15 · €10 over €99 · €5 over €300 · free over €500
• Home or pick-up 24/48H — signed delivery within 24/48 business hours · same sliding scale
• Home 24H Express — delivery within 24h, Saturdays included · €25

For pick-up delivery, an interactive map appears at checkout where you select the most convenient Mondial Relay or Colissimo Relais point. Pick-up delivery is free over €60 (excluding Try Me samples).

We ship across Europe, worldwide and to overseas territories, taxes & duties included (DDP) — nothing more to pay on delivery. The rate and lead time are calculated based on your destination and order amount, and shown at checkout.

• Europe — pick-up at €5, free over €60 (eligible zones) ; home delivery on a sliding scale, free over €500.
• Rest of the world & overseas — home delivery ; rate depending on destination and order amount.

If the parcel is not collected within the pick-up point's deadline, it is automatically returned and the order is considered cancelled. A refund is then issued, less the outbound and return shipping costs.
