About PlanèteBeauty

  • PlanèteBeauty is a family-run house of passionate niche perfumery experts. We travel the world in search of the most exceptional creations and share them with our clients. We sell exclusively online.
  • More than 45 houses and 230+ niche fragrance references, each hand-selected with care.
  • We actively seek out new creators through our travels, trade shows, social media and word of mouth. We work in direct partnership with independent houses.
  • From €60 to €800. Our mission: to make the inaccessible accessible and democratise access to exceptional fragrances.

Our products

  • Yes, exclusively. We only sell original bottles from the brand, in their original format and packaging.
  • 36 months after opening, away from direct light, at room temperature (~20 °C). Avoid temperature swings and bathroom humidity.

Guaranteed authenticity

  • Yes. All our fragrances are guaranteed authentic, sourced directly from official houses and their authorised distributors.
  • We work exclusively with official houses and their authorised distributors. Every fragrance comes with its authenticity guarantee.

Shipping & delivery

  • Dispatched within 1 to 6 business days. A tracking email is sent when each parcel leaves us.
  • No. Our prices are all-inclusive (DDP): no customs fees, duties or taxes are charged to you on delivery. The amount you pay is the final amount.
  • Chronopost delivery: Pickup Point in 2 to 4 days (free over €60) · Home in 24-48 h · Express in 24 h. Exact fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and order value.
  • Your fragrances travel in reinforced double-kraft boxes with bespoke padding to protect every bottle.

Payment & returns

  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and instalment payment via Klarna or PayPal.
  • First 14 days: full refund if the product is new, sealed and in its original packaging. From day 15 to day 30: store credit. A €10 return fee is deducted from the refund. Processed within 14 business days. A fragrance with a broken seal is not eligible for return (hygiene product).
  • For a claim (damaged or missing product), any requested element (photos, continuous opening video…) must reach us within 48 hours. Once your return label is received, you have 72 business hours to ship the parcel: beyond that, the label is cancelled and the case closed. The refund is issued after inspection, within 14 business days from collection of the parcel.

Loyalty & advice

  • 5% cashback on your order amount, credited as store credit, valid for 60 days, from €70 of purchase. The credit is used as a payment method on your next order.
  • Yes. Our discovery samples let you explore a scent signature before choosing your bottle.
