Identification and contact data (first/last name, email, postal address, phone), order and delivery data, payment data (processed exclusively by our payment providers, never stored by us), and browsing data (cookies, IP address, pages viewed).

Performance of the contract (order processing, delivery, customer care), compliance with legal obligations (accounting, anti-fraud), legitimate interest (security, service improvement), consent (newsletter, non-essential cookies).

Payment providers (Airwallex, Klarna, PayPal), shipping solution and carriers (Sendcloud, Chronopost / Mondial Relay), hosting and security (DigitalOcean, Cloudflare), professional email (Google Workspace), audience measurement and reviews (Google). Each processor only accesses the data strictly necessary for its service.

Your data is processed in Singapore (PBABS's seat) and, where applicable, by our providers; we ensure a comparable level of protection in accordance with the PDPA.

Customer account: until your deletion request or after 3 years of inactivity. Orders and invoices: 10 years (accounting obligation). Anti-fraud evidence: 24 months (see Terms). Marketing data: 3 years after last contact. Cookies: 13 months maximum.
