Your fragrance offsets the shipping. From the flat rate ($35 to the US · CA$48 to Canada · £20 to the UK), we deduct 10% of your perfume's price — or 5% of the combined price when you choose two or more — never below zero. With a $200 fragrance the US rate comes to $15; with a £200 fragrance the UK rate comes to £0.00. Samples and gifts are not counted; the exact rate is shown at checkout.
You receive a FedEx tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 24 business hours. As soon as your parcel leaves our facility, you receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow it to your door.
In Europe (Germany, Denmark, Spain, France, Italy, Sweden) we ship via Chronopost, always duties & taxes included (DDP). Pick-up point delivery starts at €5 — free over €60; home (24–48 h, degressive) and 24 h express options are available.
