Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 — Identity of the Seller
planetebeauty.shop is published and operated by PBABS INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD., incorporated in Singapore, Reg. No. 202619000R, registered office 160 Robinson Road, #14-04, Singapore Business Federation Center, Singapore 068914, contact [email protected]. PBABS is the international successor of planetebeauty.com.
Article 2 — Purpose & Scope
These Terms govern all sales of perfumes and cosmetics between PBABS (“the Seller”) and any Customer. Any order implies full acceptance.
Article 3 — Capacity
Legal majority of the country of residence required (or legal representative's authorization).
Article 4 — Products
Hygiene products, delivered sealed (cellophane / factory label). For hygiene reasons, a product whose seal is broken cannot be returned or exchanged, except if defective (see Article 9 and Returns page).
Article 5 — Prices — “All-Inclusive” (DDP)
5.1 All-inclusive DDP: no customs fees, duties or taxes charged to the Customer on delivery. 5.2 The amount paid is the final amount (shipping shown separately). 5.3 Prices may change without notice; the applicable price is the one displayed at validation. Any import taxes and duties are borne by the Seller (DDP): no surcharge is charged to the Customer.
Article 6 — Order
The sale is concluded upon the order confirmation email. Refusal or cancellation remains possible (prior dispute, fraud, unavailability).
Article 7 — Logistics & Delivery
7.1 Orders dispatched within 1 to 6 business days (indicative). 7.2 All-inclusive (DDP) delivery: no customs fees, duties or taxes charged to the Customer on delivery — all borne by the Seller. 7.3 Delivery times identical to planetebeauty.com. 7.4 Shipping fees shown at checkout (Point Relais free from €60, home delivery degressive, free from €500 — grid [À COMPLÉTER]). 7.5 Email + tracking number on shipment (1 email per parcel).
Article 8 — Receipt & Reservations
Delivery against signature (home) / PIN or signature (pickup). Damaged parcel: before signing, refuse it OR write precise reservations. Contact within 24h (photos + slip + contents). Carrier investigation up to 21 days; without written reservations, the claim is rejected.
Article 9 — Right of Withdrawal
As a commercial commitment, the Customer has 30 days after receipt to return a product (see Returns). For hygiene reasons, a product with a broken seal cannot be returned or exchanged, except if defective (see Article 11). Singapore law provides no statutory cooling-off period for this type of purchase; this 30-day policy is a commercial benefit offered by the Seller.
Article 10 — Payment
At the time of order (methods: credit card, PayPal, Klarna; instalments via Klarna or PayPal only). Processed after payment confirmation.
Article 11 — Warranties
Under Singapore's Lemon Law (CPFTA), a product that is defective or does not match its description may be repaired, replaced, price-reduced or refunded within 6 months of delivery. (5% cashback: 5% of the eligible amount as store credit, valid 60 days, usable from €70, excluding Try Me.)
Article 12 — Fraud Prevention
Full traceability (prep video, pre/post weighing, content photos, batch no., seal, signed delivery). Evidence retained 24 months. Detected fraud (false non-receipt, fabricated damage, AI-falsified evidence, return substitution, abusive dispute) → refund denial + account closure + reporting + criminal complaint.
Article 13 — Delays & Force Majeure
Indicative times. +3 days → we contact the carrier; +30 days attributable to the Seller → full refund. No liability for force majeure.
Article 14 — Incorrect Address / Absence
Address error preventing delivery → refund less shipping. Absence → notice; parcel unclaimed after 15 days returned (fees deducted).
Article 15 — Personal Data
Data is processed in accordance with Singapore's PDPA (Personal Data Protection Act) — see Privacy Policy. Large orders: ID + recent proof of address possible (handled confidentially).
Article 16 — Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, without prejudice to the mandatory provisions applicable in the consumer's country of residence. An amicable resolution may first be sought with customer service ([email protected]).
Article 17 — Amendment
Terms may be updated; they apply to orders placed after publication.
